How do you ensure the quality of your coffee?
The coffee quality scale, commonly known as the cupping score, spans from 0 to 100, with specialty coffee achieving 80 points or more. Assessment factors encompass flavor, aroma, and imperfections, with elevated scores denoting superior quality and intricate nuances in the coffee. We source our coffee beans from local growers dedicated to excellence and community involvement, ensuring each bean meets our high quality standards.
How is your coffee flavored?
Infused with all-natural ingredients like whole ingredients, flavored oils, or extracts, our coffee boasts a commitment to natural flavoring that elevates its aromatic profile while ensuring a smooth taste.
What is your roasting process?
We take pride in our small-batch roasting method, ensuring each batch meets our high standards for flavor and aroma. Rest assured, your coffee is only roasted upon receiving your order.

What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund on your first bag of coffee if you are not satisfied, with no questions asked. For subsequent orders, returns are not accepted due to the perishable nature of coffee, unless there is a delivery issue such as damage.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped via Priority/First Class USPS and typically arrive within 5-7 business days from the date of order placement. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally; however, orders outside the USA are subject to USPS international rates. Please be aware of potential additional shipping costs when placing your order.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, it is essential to contact us within 48 hours of receipt for an exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns after this time frame.
